En el sector comprendido entre la calle 25-Carreras 27 y 28, se presentaron varios hundimientos por causa desconocida, en febrero de 2011, los que son causa de posteriores trabajos de la administración municipal y la empresa Aguas de Manizales con el fin de mitigar y dar solución a los problemas presentados.

Se realizó visita de campo al barrio San Joaquín (comuna No 3 Cumanday) ubicado en la zona centro del Municipio de Manizales, Departamento de Caldas, para establecer los parámetros del deslizamiento, el tipo del mismo, las causas y los detonantes del mismo. Ejecutar un modelamiento del fenómeno ocurrido y dar recomendaciones para su intervención.

ABSTRACT
